Eclectic is fresh and cozy, it feels like home. It brings you the flavours and aromas from South of Spain. My inspirations come from my hometown Cartagena, our family gatherings, the beach, the olive trees, endless summers at the Mediterranean and the homemade meals from my grandmothers Josefina and Juana.
